Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment, excess payment, or technical error resulting in incorrect deduction.
To request a refund, users must contact +91-9188940788 or kspwdctpm@gmail.com within 7 working days of the transaction, along with the transaction reference number/receipt.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days, subject to bank/payment gateway processing timelines.
KSPMMWDC is not liable for delays in refund caused by the user’s bank or payment gateway.
No refund will be provided once the loan repayment amount has been credited and adjusted against the loan account, except in cases of proven error.
